Pop, the family, and a neighborhood counter
Pop’s Deli and Cafe is the family deli operated by YOUR neighbors! Literally, our house is right down the road! Here, that same family is slicing meat, toasting bread, and letting you decide what goes on it.
We are not open yet. The menu on this site is the board we’re opening with: named plates from the family, and a build-your-own next to every one of them. You pick the bread, the meat, the cheese, and when to stop.
Breakfast runs until 1pm. Sunday the door stays shut. When Belle Terre is ready, Forestbrook gets a counter that feels like the neighborhood, not a chain.
Build your own, three ways
Start with the base. Add what you want. Named plates are there when you don’t feel like deciding.
Breakfast
Quesadilla, sandwich, or omelet until 1pm. Bread and one meat, or egg and cheese, then $0.55 a topping. Extra meat is $1.95 for 3 slices.

Spinach or lettuce, two vegetables, and a dressing for $6.55. Chopped is $8.55.
